FAQs

Have questions about preserving your flowers? We've got answers! From timelines to care tips and everything in between, our FAQ page is designed to give you clarity and confidence about the preservation process. Whether you’re wondering what flowers we can preserve or how to prepare your bouquet, start here for all the details.

  • When should I purchase my order? Do I need to make a reservation?

We suggest you purchase as far in advance as you can to make sure you get all the shipping info and are set to go! (plus many times during winter months we offer sale prices that can lock you in to a lower cost!)

The latest we suggest is 3 days before your event, but if you find us after that please see our FAQ about this! See more

  • What size frame is best for me?

We want you to be happy with your final product but it is good to remember that sizes like the 8x10 are only going to fit a 1-3 roses/larger flowers, and the 18x24 might be too big if you just had a couple flowers in your bouquet and it won't fit it as you would like!

Remember, we can also always do a repurchase if you want to add more flowers to your frame! You can always ask about that via email! See more

  • Why are your frames so expensive?

Preserving your flowers into a beautiful, long-lasting memory is a lengthy process that requires weeks of labor and expensive materials. While we strive to make our frames as affordable as possible, our top priority is compensating our employees fairly and ensuring our customers a high-quality, custom-made product!

  • I didn’t think of preserving my bouquet until after my event, is there anything you can do?

While we highly recommend placing your order before your event, we would still love to help you if preserving your flowers is a last minute idea! Send us a photo of how your flowers are looking and we will let you know if they are fresh enough to preserve. If they are fresh enough, we recommend overnight shipping to us! Note: we do have repurchase options if some of your blooms don’t make it or you want to save on shipping costs… See more

  • Why does your process seem to take so long?

Timing for our frames: 8-10 weeks. This process includes pressing your flowers, drying them which can take up to 4 weeks(or until they are dry), and then sorting them into our queue of other bouquets waiting to be designed! Once designed, we wait for each client to approve their frame and from there we glue down, frame, and prepare your frame to be shipped to you!

Timing for our resin products: 12-16 weeks. See more

  • Who is Everbloom Preservation?

They provide high-quality resin products to preserve your special blooms forever. How does it work?
