Shipping + Fulfillment Policy
At White Poppy Preservation, every frame is handcrafted with care, precision, and intentional artistry. Because each piece is completely custom and lovingly made by hand, our processing and creation times are longer than standard retail orders.
We want you to feel fully informed and supported throughout the entire process, so please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing & Creation Time
Our current creation timeline for all pressed frames and pressed frame recreations is:
🕊️ 8–12 weeks (2–3 months)
This window begins once:
Your flowers arrive at our studio (for you-ship orders), or
You complete your recreation order and provide any requested photos/information.
Because each piece is handmade, this timeframe ensures your flowers are properly dried, pressed, designed, and framed with the highest level of craftsmanship.
Why Does It Take This Long?
Flowers must dry and press fully before they can be arranged.
Each frame is designed by hand, not automated.
We use custom materials and high-quality framing processes that require curing and precision.
We work in small, careful batches to ensure your piece is preserved perfectly.
Shipping Time
Once your piece is completed, shipping typically takes:
5–7 business days within the U.S.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping time is in addition to the 8–12 week creation window.
Order Updates
We believe in over-communication rather than under-communication. Here’s how we keep you in the loop:
Immediate order confirmation upon purchase.
A reminder when your flowers arrive at our studio (for you-ship orders).
A progress update if your order is running ahead of or behind schedule.
A completion email + tracking number once your piece ships.
If you ever want an update, you’re welcome to reach out — we’re always happy to check in on your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because every frame is custom-made, we can only offer cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order.
After pressing/drying has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
If you need to make a change to your order (size, frame, design preference, etc.), please email us quickly — we’ll do everything we can to accommodate it.
Delays
If unforeseen delays arise (weather, supply chain, studio closures, or flower-specific challenges), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
You will always have the option to:
Continue with the updated timeline, or
Request a cancellation if pressing has not yet begun.
Our priority is transparency and your peace of mind.
