Whether you’re looking to preserve your wedding bouquet, memorial flowers, or special event blooms, here’s exactly how our preservation process works from start to finish.

Step 1: You Place Your Order

You can place your preservation order anytime, but we always recommend doing so as early as possible, especially during wedding season. This ensures we reserve your spot and prepare for your incoming flowers.

Step 2: Your Event Happens!

Enjoy every second of your special day! Whether it’s your wedding, anniversary, or celebration of life, cherish the moments and the flowers around you. We’ll be ready to preserve them once your event is over.

Step 3: Ship Your Bouquet to Us

To get the best results, please ship your bouquet within 48 hours of your event. Keep the flowers cool and in water until you send them, and follow our detailed shipping instructions to ensure they arrive in great condition.

Step 4: We Receive & Evaluate Your Flowers

Once your blooms arrive at our shop, our specialists carefully unbox, identify, and inspect each flower. We determine which blooms are ideal for pressing and will contact you if any need to be replaced. If some flowers arrive too brown or wilted, we offer repurchase options to maintain your design’s beauty.

Step 5: Preserving & Drying Your Flowers

Your flowers are now ready for preservation! Our experts press and dry each bloom by hand, a process that typically takes 2–4 weeks. This step ensures your flowers maintain their color, shape, and delicate details for years to come.

Step 6: Designing Your Frame

After your flowers are fully preserved, our design team creates a custom layout for your piece. You’ll receive a mock-up to review, and you can request any changes before final approval. Once you approve your layout, we glue your flowers in place, and the design becomes permanent.

Step 7: Cleaning & Sealing Your Frame

We take great care to clean and polish the glass, removing any dust or fingerprints. Then, we seal your flowers inside your chosen frame, ensuring a beautiful, lasting finish that highlights every petal.

Step 8: Packaging & Shipping Your Order

Once your piece is complete, we carefully package your frame for safe travel. Each order is securely wrapped, labeled, and scheduled for shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Step 9: You Receive Your Preserved Flowers!
